We often like snails and clams for their shells and don't really care
much about the original owner. Or when we do pay attention to the
animals, it is to eat them!
A living mollusc, however, can be even more interesting that just
its dead shell.
On Changi, many living snails and clams can be encountered. Some live
on the rocks, others on the sand and mudflats.
