Octopus Class Cephalopoda This particular octopus trapped in a pool turned its underside to face us. The mouth of an octopus is on the underside, in the centre where the arms meet. Octopuses usually have a hard beak which can give a nasty bite. Some octopuses can also inject toxins with their bite. So please do not handle octopuses. |
