Creatures
and features
Knobbly sea stars (Protoreaster nodosus) were plentiful, in
all shades of red, orange and beige. As were Biscuit sea stars.
Not often seen elsewhere were feather stars, as well as scary looking
Pencil sea urchins.
Always a treat, are nudibranchs. These two were frequently encountered
along the banks.
And we saw one huge living Bailer snail.
Some amazing cnidarians were quite common
